Do I really need to purchase a license to show the film?
Yes! By purchasing a license* you can set up a screening of the film including private parties setting up screenings in their communities, general gatherings, non profits, conferences, corporations, schools, churches, community centers, libraries, religious and government institutions, museums, and hospitals.
Simply select the film of your choice, choose the appropriate license for your needs (screening type, number of persons, etc.) and pay the license fee.
We offer two ways of getting the film:
Streaming: NEW! You can order last minute if your screening location has internet service. A laptop playing the film on Vimeo is then used to plug into your projection method of choice. We will send you a Vimeo link with a time limited password available for 48 hours.
Shipping: BlueRay, DVD, Hard drive, DCP - For non-digital screenings using physical media we normally need 14 days advance notice for domestic USA and 3 weeks advance notice international before your screening to ensure time for shipping. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an expedited shipping quote if your screening is in less than time frame.
*By making payment for a screening license you agree to the Non-Theatrical / Semi-Theatrical / Educational Rights License Agreement (“License Agreement”). You are legally obligated to pre-purchase the appropriate package and license for your venue and organization type. We review all purchases to confirm correct licensing.

I’d like to show the film at multiple chapters, branches, or locations of my organization. What should I do?
The Screening license includes one exhibition license at one facility. This means you can show the film once at one physical location, chapter, or branch. If you’d like to show the film at multiple locations, you must purchase an extra license for each location, which must be prepaid. Please contact us about purchasing multiple screenings at a discount.
By purchasing a screening license you agree that you are solely responsible for the technical aspects of setting up a screeening. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Setting up a DVD or Blu-ray player
- Projector and Sound system
- And any and all other pieces of equipment necessary for the screening.
