LICENSING FAQ

Do I really need to purchase a license to show the film?

Yes! By purchasing a license* you can set up a screening of the film for either in person or streaming direct to your participants. This includes private parties setting up screenings in their communities, general gatherings, non profits, conferences, corporations, schools, churches, community centers, libraries, religious and government institutions, museums, and hospitals.

Simply select the film of your choice, choose the appropriate license for your needs (screening type, number of persons, etc.) and pay the license fee.

Streaming: Please let us know your screening date and the link with password will be sent to you and your participants. The link is valid for a 48 hour viewing period to allow for asynchronous viewing by the participants or if you want everyone to watch it at the same time we can send the link for that specific time period. When viewing the film together as a community we recommend a laptop connected to the internet plugged into your projection method of choice to play the film.

*By making payment for a screening license you agree to the Non-Theatrical / Semi-Theatrical / Educational Rights License Agreement (“License Agreement”). You are legally obligated to pre-purchase the appropriate package and license for your venue and organization type. We review all purchases to confirm correct licensing.
